At Ellie Seattle, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most furniture and decor items in their original condition. If your selection isn't the perfect fit for your space, we are here to help with an easy and transparent return process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our Seattle warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our team inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
